Tasty Turkey Meatballs

These meatballs are very delicious and versatile. They go great on any pasta dish and make a tasty appetizer at dinner parties. Just stick some toothpicks in them and serve with hot marinara on the side... mmm!

Tasty Turkey Meatballs

(makes 18 meatballs)

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 30g parmesan cheese, grated 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with your hands. Form into 18 balls (about 28 grams each).
  • Place on parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes. Make sure they are not pink in the center!
